Refund Policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send back the item in its original condition, enclosed within the original shipping packaging, and receive a full refund or exchange.  If 30 days have expired since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unaltered condition in which you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds are applied to the purchasing credit / debit card, PayPal or original method of payment within 30-days of our receipt of the item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may choose to receive a gift credit for the value of your return or have a refund issued to the purchasing cardholder. Once the returned item is approved for credit, a gift credit notification will be emailed to you.

It is recommended that you purchase insurance for the parcel equal to the value of the package, as you are responsible for the full value of the parcel until it is received by us. You will be responsible for shipping third-party costs incurred for items returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the location of your delivery address, the time parcel delivery services may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
